Hitchcock Lounge
We can accommodate up to 60 guests in our Hitchcock Lounge, and host parties of 30 or less in our downstairs back bar. Merchants Grill offers a variety of menu options for your event. Fill out our inquiry form, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time and date.

No, there is not a guest minimum. The Hitchcock Banquet room can accommodate up to 60 guests with a minimum spend of $600. Payment for the minimum spend or final count is due one week prior to your event.

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit and a signed event contract to hold any booking. Merchants Grill does not accept checks at this time.

Our party room menu can be ordered for take-out and delivery. Deliver is subject to additional charges. Please inquire directly for a quote.

Take a look at our Buffet and Entrée Tray Menus for dining options. Merchants Grill does not allow for outside food to be brought in, with the exception of birthday cakes or dessert trays. Please inquire for more information on outside food restrictions.

Our bartender fee is $100. No outside alcohol may be brought in. No exceptions.

Decorations are welcomed, but please no confetti.

We ask that the final guest count be decided at least two weeks before your event.
